- Goods lift bookings
- VIP car bay bookings
- Car wash bookings
- Loading dock management
- Chief Building Wardens for emergencies
- Reporting security breaches to Building Manager
- Receiving and checking in contractors

Mail room operates between the hours of 7.00 am to 6.00 pm (Monday to Friday)
- Receiving all tenant mail
- Distribution of all tenant mail
- Receiving courier deliveries
- Dispatch of courier mail
- Booking couriers for tenants (Magic Couriers only)
