QV.1 Conference Centre is located on Level 2 of the office tower.
Five individually-designed suites cater for just about any business or function requirement.
The Conference Centre comprises:

A fully-equipped function room accommodating up to 80 people. The room can be divided into two smaller function areas and also opens to a balcony overlooking the spectacular QV.1 main foyer. For more information about the function room click here
Video conferencing facilities are availalbe with a bandwidth capacity up to 512 kb. Our purpose built video conferencing room can accommodate between 14-40 people. For more information about the video conferencing facilities click here
Fully equipped kitchen. For more information about the kitchen or catering click here
All function rooms and video-conference facilities are serviced by on-site QV.1 staffing. 24-hour on-site security is also provided

The theatrette can comfortably seat up to 80 people.
The theatrette is equipped with state-of-the-art visual equipment, including a wall-size video screen (catering for video presentations and video conferencing), whiteboard, overhead projector, computer connection, and sound and lighting system, all remote-controlled from the lectern or hand held controller.
Simple-to-use fingertip controls can be operated by the presenter to adjust lighting and volume.
The theatrette also offers projection and advanced sound system facilities.

QV.1 Perth Conference Centre provides an ideal environment for training sessions away from the office environment. The training rooms can be set up to meet users individual and specific needs.
Training Room 1 can accommodate up to 40 people in theatre style, or 16 in boardroom style.
Training Room 2 can accommodate up to 30 people in theatre style, or 14 in boardroom style.
The training rooms are light and airy, and are fully equipped with in ceiling mounted data projectors, drop down screens, ceiling mounted speaker systems, laptop connections, high speed and/or wireless internet connection. All audio equipment and lighting is operated by a simple one touch key pad system.
With these rooms, the emphasis is on comfort, functionality and creating the right environment.

The configuration of this room, with its partitioning and modular tables, provides a versatile environment, catering for both formal and informal uses..
This facility can be set up to take classrooms, annual general meetings, or social gatherings, and opens out to a balcony break-out area overlooking the magnificent QV.1 main lobby. The full-sized function room can accommodate up to 80 people in theatre style or 26 people in boardroom style, or can be split for smaller functions.
The Function Room is also equipped with state of the art audio equipment and speaker system all operational at the touch of a finger. Using the one touch keypad system you have full control over sound, lighting and IT equipment.

A state-of-the-art facility for conducting meetings face-to-face, across the country, or across the world. The video-conferencing suite comfortably accommodates up to 8 people and allows the instant transfer of documentation images and data via high-speed connection to up to 3 sites. QV.1 Conference Centre staff are available to assist with video-conference set-up and operation.

This facility is designed to cater for small and large functions, offering the latest in food preparation equipment.
Refrigerators, food warmers, a microwave oven, dishwasher and ample stainless steel bench serving space are all provided.
Catering
Users of the Conference Facilities may engage the caterers of their choice or utilise the services of QV.1's caterers .
Royal Doulton tableware and a range of glasses and accessories are all available for hire from QV.1.
